Not many of you will have woken up this morning thinking about kaolin and halloysite, but perhaps you should start to listen. We liked this company back in June. Up over 3x times since then. They have one of the largest deposits in the world. The recent Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) shows exception margins, large NPV and low capex. Main use for porcelain, paints, medical application, food... but their halloysite nanotubes are getting the market excited. The company is look at new markets including some testing with University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia on the use within the concrete being the most advanced. Other new uses are carbon capture (very topical and high-margin), water purification (anti-microbial removal) and producing new higher impact lithium-ion batteries (improved charge density). Early days and markets need to evolve and grow. But the future for nanotubes is very exciting and inevitable.
